Law on Environmental Protection No. 72/2020/QH14 dated November 17, 2020

The Law on Environmental Protection 2020 was passed by the 14th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam at its 10th session on November 17, 2020, and takes effect from January 1, 2022, except for the provisions specified in Clause 2, Article 170.
